We offer a 10-day Money-Back and Exchange window from the date of delivery. If you wish to return your product within this period, you can choose between:
A direct refund credited to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
A credit balance to make a brand-new purchase on our website.

How to return your purchase:
Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the process and receive guidance.
Securely pack the item with its original packaging, the Original Product Certificate, and a copy of the Invoice.
Affix the provided return address label and shipping declaration form to the package.
Hand over the securely sealed package to our authorised courier partner.
Once your package arrives at our facility, our Quality Assurance department will carefully inspect the item.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition.
Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations and resizing done by a jeweller other than DHANUSH will not be accepted for return.
DHANUSH reserves the right to process refunds based on the fulfilment of the following conditions:
Customised Jewellery: Personalised items, engraved products, or jewellery manufactured strictly in line with specific customer instructions are not eligible for returns or money-back.
Documentation: Returns must be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and Invoice. If you cannot produce the original certificate, DHANUSH will send the jewellery/gemstone to an independent lab for recertification. The shipping and certification costs in this scenario will be borne entirely by the customer.
Discounts & Promo Codes: If a coupon, discount, or promotional code was applied during the original purchase, the refund amount will be calculated based on the final discounted price shown on the invoice, not the original retail price.
Exchange Valuation: For any product exchanges, the final value of your returned item will be determined post-quality inspection. The customer must pay the price difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before the new item is dispatched.

The exchange can be initiated directly through our website or by visiting a DHANUSH outlet.
The exchange value of the product will be calculated based on the prevailing market value of the precious metals and stones at the exact time of the exchange, as determined by the DHANUSH evaluation team.
The customer agrees to accept the final quality inspection and valuation decision made by DHANUSH.
